The minimum age for access to the park is 3 years old. There is no maximum age.

Children up to 12 years old can jump if there is an adult on site who is responsible for the child. If the adult does not pay the entrance fee, they must wait inside the premises.

Children over 12 years old can come alone and jump, but guardians are responsible for the child during the time they remain on our premises.

Some specific activities (available in some parks) such as SkyRider, High Ropes, or Clip ‘N Climb have specific height and weight requirements.

It is not mandatory, but we recommend booking in advance to secure your place, especially during weekends, school holidays, or if you are a group.

No, all reservations must be paid for at the time of booking via the website.
Debit or credit cards are accepted.

For individual reservations, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your reserved time.
For groups and birthday parties, we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to facilitate check-in.

We recommend wearing comfortable sportswear, such as a T-shirt and sweatpants.
Shoes are not allowed in the jumping areas. Non-slip socks must be worn.
JumpYard socks cost €3 and are reusable. Non-slip socks from other brands are also accepted.
At Clip ‘N Climb, sports shoes are permitted.

It is not permitted to bring food or drinks from outside, except for birthday cakes if a party package has been booked.

Yes, we have changing rooms and free lockers. You will need to bring a padlock. If you don’t have one, you can buy one at reception.

Yes, we offer a discount of €2 per person for groups of 10 or more people. You must select the “Groups” option when making your reservation.

We recommend that all participants arrive approximately 30 minutes before their reserved time. We will provide official JumpYard non-slip socks and wristbands to access the activity area, and we will check for allergies and/or dietary restrictions.
A JumpYard instructor will accompany the group to an area where they can leave shoes and clothing that are not necessary for the activity.

All participants will then be directed to the activity area and, AFTER receiving instructions from the JumpYard monitor, participants will begin 60 minutes of free activity (the JumpYard monitor will not follow participants during the activities, but there are several monitors in all areas to provide the necessary support).

After the activity, all participants must move to the party room. A party room will be assigned for 30 minutes with the respective catering included in the reservation. A JumpYard monitor will be available for any necessary support.

The Skyrider and High Ropes activity (if booked) takes place after they leave the party room.

The time from entry to exit is approximately 2 hours.

Sessions always start at the beginning of each hour (e.g., 10 a.m., 11 a.m., etc.) and are available every day during the space’s opening hours.

Reservations can be made online for up to 25 participants.

You can bring your own birthday cake with the necessary utensils (plates, napkins, cutlery, etc.) free of charge.

If you need us to provide tableware, a service charge of €9 will apply.

Yes, you can! All children celebrating their birthdays must be included in the total number of participants.

Yes, the activity is for both children and adults. If they wish to access the activity area, they must be included in the total number of participants.

When participants go to the private party room, any adult may access this space during the specified time.

You can always contact us so we can find alternatives.

Our menus can be adapted to any diet, food intolerances, and/or allergies.

Yes, you are allowed to bring your own decorations, however, you must ensure that they are put up and taken down within the 30 minutes that you have access to the room!

Decorations may not be stuck to the walls or windows. If you wish to bring balloons, we recommend that they be helium balloons with a base that can be secured to the floor.

Piñatas are permitted as long as they do not contain confetti, only gifts and sweets.

Yes, you can bring your own gift bags, but you must hand them in when you leave the venue.

You must make your reservation online by clicking on one of the buttons that say “Book now.” We recommend booking in advance for all participants.

Each session has limited capacity, so we cannot guarantee additional seats on the same day.

It is possible to change the date and/or time of the reservation, provided you notify us before check-in time.

At the time of booking, payment of the total amount is required.

It is possible to make changes to the reservation on the same day, directly at the reception desk.

You will only pay for confirmed participants (minimum 6 participants).

For changes of more than 5 participants, you must contact us in advance.

If you wish to cancel the party, you must contact us up to 7 days before the day of the party.

Each participant assumes full responsibility for the activities carried out.
