To access the main activity area you must be at least 3 years old.

In some activities there may be specific height/weight/age limits!

It is not mandatory, but we recommend booking in advance to ensure you can jump whenever you want.

You can make a reservation online or by filling in one of the contact forms available in our website.

Due to the capacity limit per session, it is not possible to pay for a reservation at the venue.

Therefore, all reservations require payment in full at the time they are made!

It is possible to pay for reservations by Debit/Credit Card and MBway.

We recommend arriving 15 minutes (in case of individual reservations) and 30 minutes (for groups and birthday parties) before the booking time so that you can check-in.

We recommend sports clothes that don’t get damaged easily. It’s okay if you wear jeans, but we recommend tracksuit pants and long-sleeved sweaters. No shoes are required* as Anti-Slip Socks are mandatory for non-slip.

Our Non sliding socks cost €3, and can be purchased online or at the reception. 

*Except on the Clip N’ Climb where you can use sport shoes.

Yes, we have lockers at your disposal, free of charge. 

To use the locked lockers you will need a padlock, which we recommend you bring with you. If you need one, we also have them for sale at the park.

Yes. There’s a 2€ discount per person for a group of 10 or more people.

You can access this discount by choosing the Groups option in the booking process.
