Packs do not include the exclusive accompaniment of a monitor during the activities. There are several monitors in the park that will give all the necessary support.

FFREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We recommend that all participants arrive approximately 30 minutes before the reserved time. We will provide non-slip socks and official JumpYard wristbands for access to the activity area, and will check for allergies and/or dietary restrictions.
A JumpYard monitor will escort the group to an area where they can leave shoes and clothing not needed for the activity.
Then all participants are directed to the activity area and AFTER direction from the JumpYard monitor, participants begin the 60 minutes of free activity (the JumpYard monitor will not follow the participants during the activities, but there are several monitors in all areas, to provide the necessary support).
After the activity, all participants must move to the party room. A party room will be assigned for 30 minutes with catering included in the reservation. A JumpYard monitor will be available for any necessary support.
The Skyrider activity (if booked) takes place after you leave the party room.
The time from the entrance to the exit is approximately 2 hours.

All available packages include this catering:
mini ham&cheese sandwiches or slice of cheeseham pizza, Donuts, chips, lacasitos, actimel and orange/peach juice.

We do not allow outside food or drinks, with the exception of birthday cakes.
You are welcome to bring your own birthday cake, free of charge.

You can always contact us so we can look for alternatives.
Our menus are adapted to any diet, food intolerances and / or allergies.

Sessions always start at the beginning of each hour (e.g. 10 am, 11 am….) and are available every day, within the opening hours of the space.

Birthday parties require a minimum of 6 participants.
Reservations are made online, up to a maximum of 25 participants.

Yes! All birthday children must be included in the total number of participants.

Yes, the activity is for both children and adults. If they wish to access the activity area, they must be included in the total number of participants.
When participants go to the private party room, any adult will be able to access this space for the specified time.”

Yes, you are allowed to bring your own decorations, however, you must make sure they are placed and removed during the time you have access to the room!

You are not allowed to stick decorations on the walls or glass. If you want to bring balloons, we recommend that they are made of helium and have a base on the floor.

The use of piñatas is allowed as long as they do not have confetti, only gifts and candy.

Yes, you may bring your own gift bags, however, you must only turn them in when you leave the space.

You must make your reservation online by clicking on one of the “Book now” buttons. We recommend booking in advance for all participants.
Each session has a limited capacity, so we cannot guarantee additional seats on the same day.
It is possible to change the date and/or time of the reservation, as long as you let us know before check-in time.
At the time of booking, payment of the full amount is required.
It is possible to make changes to the reservation on the same day, directly at the reception desk.
You will only pay for confirmed participants (minimum 6 participants).
For changes of more than 5 participants, you must contact us in advance.
If you wish to cancel the party, you must contact us up to 7 days before the day of the party.
Each participant assumes full responsibility for the activities carried out.
